Local and European
Election results for 2004
Note that this was not an election for local
councillors - only the Great London Assembly and Mayor of London and European
Parliament.
We have a new GLA member covering Harrow, Bob
Blackman. He has indicated he will be receptive to the views of residents but it
must be remembered that the GLA itself has very little power - basically it can
approve or reject the Mayor's budget. Ken Livingstone remains as Mayor.
